MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION Regional Application Form - Click Here National Membership is required in order to be a member of our Region. Use this form if you are already a member of Packards International but not our Region. National Application Form - Click Here Use this form if you are not a member at all. If you are joining Packards International only, use this form and send it directly to them with your check or credit card number. If you are joining both Packards International and The Pacific Northwest Region (the right thing to do) fill out both forms and send them to us with your check for $55.00 for U.S. membership, or $60.00 US for Canadian membership. We will forward your National membership on your behalf. The mailing address is: Erve Berg, 6535 125th Ave. S.E., Bellevue, WA 98006. Check should be payable to Pacific Northwest Region. Sorry we are not set up to take credit cards. NOTE: Packards International policy is that if you join during the last three months of the year, that is, after Oct. 1, your membership will apply for the balance of the year and the following year. In effect, you get up to an extra three months membership free! |
